Workshop I. "Reflections of Me"

This discussion group will engage participants in conversations centering around behaviors and attitudes. The discussion will stem from screening a documentary by Marlon Riggs titled. Tongues Untied. Questions were formulated formulated from this video to increase the participants knowledge and awareness about why we do what we do. What factors play into our psyche and make us believe what we believe? Can we change learned behaviors that are not healthy for us? The objective is to get each individual to think outside the box. And to start looking at the world through different lenses. The goal of the discussion is to get individuals to evaluate their behaviors in order to effect positive change.
