NAESM Testing Program

In January 2001, National AIDS Education & Services For Minorities (NAESM), began its latest program-HIV Testing and Counseling. Individuals can be tested for HIV in a comfortable and confidential setting. Instead of using the conventional blood sample test, known as OraSure Tests.

Antibodies are taken from the lower cheek and gums using an oral swab. This procedure is absolutely painless. Most test results are returned within 3-5 business days.

Testing is offered Monday through Friday from 9am until 1 pm and from 2pm until 5:30pm. Walk-ins are welcomed, weekends by appointment only.
